Pay-What-You-Can Support We believe mental health care should be accessible to everyone — especially in life’s hardest seasons. If you’re a student, mother, unemployed, or navigating financial hardship, you’re welcome here. Our pay-what-you-can model ensures you can still receive quality support at a rate that works for you. Cancellation Policy

Please take note of the following terms and conditions. It applies to all services booked with The Conscious Mind Psychotherapy. Acceptance into a session: The therapist reserves the right to decline seeing any individual without providing a specific reason at any one point. Late attendance: Your session will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please be on time to avoid a shortened session. There will also be no rescheduling or refund if there is a no-show. Rescheduling / cancellations: We do not accept rescheduling requests within 12 hours of the appointment time. Payments made towards such appointments are non-refundable. Booking confirmation: Booking confirmations are done via Whatsapp Business. Group therapy: A minimum of 4 participants is required to start. If the group therapy can not take place, you can choose to have your fees refunded or brought forward to another date. Fulfilment of sessions: Single sessions booked have to be attended within 14 days dated from initial booking. After which, fees will be non-refundable.
